Physical Description: Summer is a young, fair skinned woman, about 26 years of age. She is skinny, has brown eyes, and medium length brown hair which she often wears in an unique hairstyle. Additionally, she always wears a pair of red aviation goggles on her head and a short yellow scarf, however she has not ever made mention of why this is. Given the nature of her employment as a Field Agent, Summer often wears casual/semi-casual attire that allows her to be both comfortable as well as prepared for deployment at any given moment in time (similarly to that of the GSG-9), mostly wearing jeans, a white shirt, and an unzipped bomber jacket. During deployment with Security or Task Force units, Summer will accomodate her outfit to fit in more with the unit she is with. When not expecting work, however, she can often be found wearing tank tops and shorts.
Psychological Description: Despite being young, Summer has proven herself to be very capable, especially in tough spots. She is typically outgoing, and not afraid to voice her thoughts. Additionally, Summer has been described as a "thrillseeker", which is often cause for worry in her ability to perform her job properly. Nonetheless, she has yet to do anything wrong to prove that she is not capable, and therefore has been placed within the Overwatch Program. Summer has proven to easily make friends and conversation with other Foundation personnel, a quality which has made her a useful asset in internal information gathering. She has also been noted to be creative, as well as having above-average intelligence among other Foundation personnel.

History/Background:
Summer O'Brien was born to two parents in Miami, Florida in the year 1995. At age five, her family moved to Buena Vista, Colorado. Here, Summer would attend Avery Parsons Elementary School, and later, Buena Vista High School. Living in Buena Vista, Summer gained a strong sense of adventure and curiosity due to her close proximity to local parks, wilderness, and campsites. While attending High School, Summer would work at a local bookstore called the "Book Nook". Upon graduation of High School, not quite ready to quit her job, Summer opted to do her first two years of college online. During these two years, Summer would study Criminal Justice. Additionally, Summer would go on to volunteer with the Buena Vista Fire Department. During her time at the Fire Department, she would be taught how to properly handle and use a firearm by a coworker, who would later gift her the Brownig Hi-Power pistol she still carries around to this day. When the time came for her to move onto higher education, Summer was granted multiple scholarships, eventually deciding to attend the University of Washington. There, she studied criminal justice, criminology, and psychology. Following graduation from college, she would begin searching for a proper job, at which time she interviewed with multiple local companies, including Private Security Company "Matthews International", a Foundation-front company. While originally planned to be turned down, as per Foundation protocol with Foundation-front companies, Summer was flagged for potential recruitment. Approximately three months later, Summer was officially recruited into the Foundation and transferred to Site-01 for training.
At Site-01, Summer was trained for the position of Field Agent and committed to the
Overwatch Program
under jurisdiction of
The O5 Council. In 2021, upon the rising "popularity" of Armed Containment, Research, and Storage Site-70, Summer was transferred back to the Washington Facility in order to conduct basic and specialized Field Agent operations at the site in compliance with her training at Site-01.
