Operation: Into Darkness

Ten hours ago, the Ihantala region went dark, with long range scans showing the presence of strange electrical patterns. Uncertain of the cause, the Foundation deployed Mobile Task Forces Beta-7, Lambda-5, and Zeta-9 to investigate. Shortly after deployment, all contact with the Task Forces went down. Due to the nature of the anomaly, or anomalies, containment and/or termination of this anomaly has been designated as priority one. Mobile Task Force Gamma-103, "Radium Girls" is being deployed. Unfortunately, the weather conditions and electrical anomalies have proven to make Night Vision ineffective. As such, the Task Force will have to deal with utilizing solely flashlights in order to assist with vision.
