The following is a series of recorded answers from O5-09 when asked by Ethics Committee Chairman "Principalis" for their opinion on the most prevelant Groups of Interest in the United States.

All information present within this particular section of the interview is relevant to: O5-09's opinions on various Groups of Interest.

Log Begin.

Pertaining to the United Nations Global Occult Coalition: "The Gee-Oh-See is an interesting case. The Foundation stood up and claimed originality in its mission to protect humanity from the anomalous, and all this time later, we're now contending with humanity trying to do the same job. No matter how close our goals appear to be, there appears to be a great deal of conflict when it comes to how we handle the anomalous. I'm not one for politics, though. If we both want the same thing, I feel as if though the methods are… less than relevant."

Pertaining to the Chaos Insurgency: "I find the Chaos Insurgency… amusing, at best. They act as this big bad villian with "unknown" origins. Of course, those of us who have been around long enough that we don't need to debate where they came from, but that's not for me to speak on. Sure, everyone needs their antagonist, but the real thing that I don't understand is why they think they have a chance to fight the Foundation. Why do we even keep them around? Imagine how hard it must be to succesfully pull a civillian off the streets, tell them all about the world of the anomalous, and convince them to give their life to the cause of, what, exactly? Killing innocent men and women who've been given a job? Unleashing objects and entities upon the world that would have humanity fall in a month? With all we know, and all we have, we could remove the Chaos Insurgency in an instant. So why wait?"

Pertaining to the Unusual Incidents Unit: "Personally, I quite like the Unusual Incidents Unit. Sure, they're small, but I think they make a big difference in the world. Up here, all high and mighty on our throne of the Foundation, we only deal with the big fish. The anomalies we find and deal with are terrifyingly dangerous, or incredibly helpful to us. The UIU, though, they deal with the little fish. The fish so small, we can't see them because of how spread out we are. They take care of it, or they bring it to our attention. No matter what they do, they can't be wrong, because they're only ever trying to look out for their people. Not just their UIU operatives, but the citizens who fall under the same government they work for. If only it was so easy to be as morally "good" as them at our size."

Pertaining to the Serpent's Hand: "It's a shame that we're always so at odds with the Serpent's Hand. I get that they believe in what is essentially the opposite of what the Foundation believes in, but I do find it beneficial to reference their playbook quite often. Yes, the anomalous is dangerous, but we're stuck with them. Embracing their existence should be a part of our life to some degree as well. That said, the Hand is also perhaps a bit… extreme. If they weren't, I'm sure we'd get along fine."
