• Operation "Valo" α
  • Investigation of a Person of Interest in Minnesota following interrogation of SCP-9888.
  • Operation ended with Robert temporarily experiencing Post-Traumatic Retrograde Amnesia, which has since subsided.
• Operation "Mountain Men" α, β, and γ
  • Exploration of SCP-1555.
• Incident-12K-1
  • • Operation "Tunnel Rats" α
      • Protection of local public subway routes during the 12K Invasion.
    • Operation "Rift Anchor" α
      • A field-planned operation led by a joint group of Foundation personnel to reach and close the 12K rift using Scranton Reality Anchors.
• Operation "Forest Guardian" α
  • Solo exploration of SCP-SCP-680.
• SCP-1730 Initial Exploration
  • Documented in Exploration Log #7, exploration of SCP-1730 following the dissappearance of MTF D-12 "Mud Slingers", Y-24 "Gulliver's Travelers", and the death of a team of researchers following a mobile drone exploration.
• Operation "Serpent's Path" α
  • Zeta-9 and Lambda-5 joint exploration of an abandoned World War 2 bunker, believed to be a Way into the Wanderer's Library.
• Operation "Vindicta" α
  • Exploration and detonation of SCP-1730 after a sudden and unexplained reappearance of the neutralized anomaly.
• Operation "Glacier King" α
  • Exploration of a cave located on a mountain in [UNDISCLOSED] exhibiting anomalous signatures. SCP-1529 was discovered to be the source of the anomalous activity, and was engaged in combat after feeling threatened by the presence of the Mobile Task Force operatives.
• Incident-27-X
  • Recovery Mission 27-X
    • Explorative and Containment Task Forces were tasked with the recovery of surviving personnel, anomalies, and documentation following the detonation of Site-27.
• Recovery Operation "Stone Will"
  • Assisted Mobile Task Force RCN-2 "Zookeepers" in the recovery of Dr. Hedy Fuchs, various CotBG assets, and SCP-7043 following a raid on Site-33 by an extremist sect of the Church of the Broken God.
• Operation "Sins of the Patriot"
  • Large scale exploration/recovery of Site-17-2, engaged Type Yellows, Type Reds, and one Type Black entity. Halted a world-changing ritual.
• Operation "The Third Departure"
  • Entered a dimensional rift for recon, interaction, and eradication of Foundation-aware hostiles.
• Incident-91-M
  • Facility mutiny within Site-91. Cause of mutiny investigated, and anomalous objects recontained where possible.
• Operation "Jersey Devil"
  • Investigation of forest near Atlantic City for a possible anomalous entity linked to recent deaths in the area.
• Operation "Deer Mother"
  • Escorted medical personnel through Waterloo, Alabama during a Foundational investigation into a recent viral outbreak.
• Operation "Barotraumatic"
  • Piloted a Direct Action vessel to investigate strange EVE levels and noises emitted from the Pacific Ocean.
• Incident "Philosopher's Milk"
  • Recontainment of SCP-9947 following a containment breach within Site-19.
• Joint Task Force Fa̧ȩl-2 "Harbouring Hatred"
  • Deployed to Titania to uncover the happenings around SCP-6666 and uncover the statis of SCP-6666-A. Encountered multiple entities related to Project: Paragon.
• Operation "Sadness Edge"
  • UIU/Foundation/Candleburners Investigation of Brume High School and the surrounding town. Navigated a topographically unstable and non-euclidean space, as well as engaged a previously unidentified anomaly. Additionally, arrested 1x UIU agent for the murder of a Foundation Researcher.
• Operation "Redtape"
  • Recovery and Investigation of Site-36 following a blackout lockdown. Recontained anomalies, located the Site Director, and restored power to the facility.
• Operation "Eighth Trek"
  • Search and Recovery of a Fae artifact.

• Incident "Daedelus" β
  • Incident in which SCP-TOPO, an anomaly capable of causing topographical changes within a location, gained control of Site-36 for the second time. Responders were tasked with assisting personnel in evacuating the facility.

Security Operations

• Incident "Confirm Chaos" α
  • Incident in which Site Director Valkyrie ordered Security Director Malkoy to execute a mentally unwell D-Class on a stage to demonstrate control over the other D-Class personnel held at Site01-CA. Chaos and panic ensued shortly after, forcing present security forces to subdue and return subjects to their holding cells.
• Incident "Confirm Chaos" β
  • Incident shortly following "Confirm Chaos" α in which Security Cadet Hudson managed to release all D-Class personnel from their holding cells, as well as shooting Security Director Malkoy in the shoulder during a standoff. Robert fatally shot Pvt. Hudson as a result of the shooting.
• Incident "Daedelus" α
  • Incident in which SCP-TOPO, an anomaly capable of causing topographical changes within a location, gained control of Site-36 Responders were tasked with assisting personnel in evacuating the facility.
